Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, reach out to us to see if your purchase is eligible for a refund. Student must attend at least two Zoom meetings sent to email when enrolled to be considered for a refund. Attendance does not guarantee students that they will be issued a refund after attendance.
As stated in Teachable's Terms of Use, Coaching IS NOT covered by Teachable's 30-day student refund policy. Please reach out to us if there are any problems. Please understand that student refunds must be approved. We cannot guarantee you that you will receive a refund but we do ask you to reach out to us.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to attend your Zoom meeting appointment through message and by your email when you purchased coaching. Make sure that you check your Spam Folders.
Do I have to attend 1 on 1 Zoom meeting?
Yes, it is a requirement to attend Zoom meetings for Coaching. Zoom link to attend is sent to your email after purchase within 24 to 48 hours to attend. If you are unable to attend reach contact us by email or message through coaching to reschedule for a later time.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
